A homegrown concept set to launch in August, Ravioli & Co. will be based in the city’s financial hub, DIFC. Among the many Italian specialities available, the new dining venue will focus mainly on fresh, homemade pasta varieties. Tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli and numerous other varieties of this Italian favourite can be rediscovered with a visit to the venue.
Ravioli & Co. highlights a back to basics approach with simple, yet delicious culinary choices inspired by traditional recipes that are Italian household staples. Diners can take their pick from individual treats or shared platters for gourmet feasts with the family. The menu will also feature freshly baked focaccia and grissini, prepared at the venue’s in-house bakery, as well as low calorie and gluten-free pasta, and plenty of choices for vegetarians.
Plans to offer traditional Italian home-cooking classes at the venue are also in the pipeline.
