Chez Charles, a catering brand of choice in the UAE, marked its foray into the restaurant business earlier this month with a swanky new dining venue. Located in Dubai Design District, Chez Charles’ dazzling debut comes at a time when the city’s creative hub is garnering a reputation as Dubai’s latest sought-after dining destination.
Headed by chef Jeremy Degras, the restaurant’s culinary team brings together a refreshing menu rooted in traditional French cooking, but with modern, creative twists. Expect a selection of classic French salads, seafood delights, pasta and more, all prepared with the finest and freshest local produce. Highlights include Burgundy snails, paella saffron risotto, milk-fed veal tenderloin and Niçoise ratatouille.
The Parisian brasserie influences are evident in the restaurant’s décor and ambience. The indoors are tastefully furnished in white and green, complete with an open kitchen, while the charming outdoor terrace draws inspiration from winter gardens in France.
Chez Charles is open daily from 9am to 1am Saturdays through Wednesday and from 9am to 2am on Thursdays and Fridays.
