The DIFC venue is offering a limited period pop-up menu of four sharing dishes inspired by the hospitality and cuisine of the South American country
Explore the cuisine and culture of Chile with a visit to popular DIFC hotspot, Boca. All through this week, until December 12, the restaurant is offering a pop-up menu for a limited time, featuring four sharing dishes with a bottle of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. The menu will feature the likes of tuna ceviche and fritura de pescado y marisco.
Chilean cuisine is a combination of traditional Spanish fare and indigenous cooking which relies heavily on the use of local ingredients. The dishes also draw influences from European and Middle Eastern tastes. And of course, Chile’s viniculture, with the recovery of forgotten grape varieties, has made it a world-class producer over the last decades. Naturally, this is a treat not to be missed.
Chileans have boundless hospitality and are all about la buena onda (good vibes) and la buena mesa (good table), which translates into sharing a good meal, uncorking rich reds and crisp whites while revelling in great company and endless conversations. Experience this authentic tryst with the culture at Boca, all through this week.
The menu is available from December 6 until 12 for AED345.
